Still can’t believe this actually happening!
Back in May of this year, my husband, Tevin, and I found out we were expecting our first baby! Honestly, it was a shock to us both. We had discussed starting a family soon and even started planning the when of it all. However, God had other plans! We both fully believe in God’s divine timing for this exciting next chapter of our lives. We couldn’t be more thrilled!
Shortly after telling our family and friends we were expecting, we had our 20 week anatomy scan. Tevin and I both were eager to learn the baby’s gender. Everyone’s guess was that it was a boy, even I was so sure it was a boy. But, the ultrasound could not have been more clear that Baby T is a baby GIRL!
I won’t lie…I was pretty darn stoked to be having a girl! Tevin panicked at first, as I think most guys do when they realize they are going to be a girl dad and have to protect them from boys the rest of their life.
Now we are just patiently waiting for her arrival sometime in January!
